ALL SALES ARE FINAL

SHIPPING
Standard shipping for local and domestic orders — please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

PRE-ORDER
Specified pre-order items — please allow 6–8 weeks for fulfillment. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

International orders are shipped within 2 weeks and take up to 12 business days following order processing for delivery through local post.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is submitted. We will only ship to the address entered during checkout.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN ITEMS
The HumansOfGlory team is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse. All claims must be filed with the parcel service delivering your package.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.
